The Knurr 1U Horizontal Rack PDU — 16A / 8-Outlet, manufactured by Extron, delivers 16A of protected AC power to 8 IEC 60320 C13 outlets from a single IEC 60320 C20 input, engineered for dense 19" rack installations in data centers, broadcast racks, and network equipment rooms. Where space-efficient in-rack power distribution is critical to uptime, this PDU provides reliable, standards-compliant power in just 1U of rack space.
Protected Power Distribution
A built-in thermal magnetic circuit breaker provides overload protection for all connected equipment, automatically disconnecting power in the event of an overcurrent condition and resetting manually via the front-panel button. The unit supports a rated operating voltage of 100–250 V AC, 50/60 Hz with a total connected load of up to 2.0 kVA, making it suitable for global deployment across all standard AC power systems.

Space-Efficient Rack Integration
The steel-bodied PDU mounts horizontally in any standard 19" rack position per IEC 60297-2, consuming only 1U of vertical rack space. The RAL 9005 jet-black powder-coat finish integrates cleanly with Knurr DCM and MIR2 rack interiors, and the front-facing C13 outlet array allows easy cable management with standard IEC patch cords.
