The Knurr DacoMobile, manufactured by Extron, is a modular, ergonomically optimized mobile equipment carrier engineered for demanding clinical and laboratory environments. From mobile X-ray stations and endoscopy carts to diagnostic workstations, the DacoMobile delivers the structural integrity, flexibility, and hygiene-compatible design that healthcare professionals demand.

Exceptional Load Capacity

Constructed from powder-coated extruded aluminum in RAL 7035 light-grey, the DacoMobile supports a maximum static load rating of 2,100 N (≈ 214 kg) per cart, with 800 N per worktop surface and 750 N per ø 125 mm sapphire-blue castor (RAL 5003). This robust load capacity ensures safe transport of heavy diagnostic and imaging equipment across clinical environments.

Modular Architecture for Clinical Flexibility

The DacoMobile’s modular architecture allows component installation at 50 mm pitch increments from above, enabling rapid reconfiguration as clinical needs evolve. A built-in 19" internal frame accommodates standard rack-format medical and IT components, while integrated cable duct, rear panel, socket strip, and master power switch are included as standard features.

ESD-Safe Configuration Available

For static-sensitive medical electronics environments, an optional ESD-safe configuration with conductive black castors is available, providing electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive diagnostic equipment and implantable device programming stations.
