Exceptional Structural Integrity

At the heart of the DCM series is a rigid extruded-aluminum frame with die-cast aluminum corner joints, achieving a certified static load rating of 15,000 N (1,500 kg) — one of the highest in its class. The powder-coated RAL 7021 dark-grey finish ensures maximum durability against corrosion and mechanical wear in demanding environments.

Optimized for High-Density Deployments

Standing 2,000 mm tall with width options of 600 mm or 800 mm and depth options from 1,000 to 1,200 mm, the cabinet provides 42U of usable 19" mounting space per IEC 60297-1/-2. An 80 mm front jumpering space accommodates dense patch panel and cable management configurations without compromising airflow.

Superior Airflow Management

The 83% perforated front and rear doors maximize airflow through the enclosure, supporting high-density thermal loads without requiring additional blanking panels in most configurations. The design is fully compatible with hot-aisle/cold-aisle containment systems.

Tool-Free Component Retention

Threaded M6 steel 19" extrusions with U-number markings allow tool-free component retention using standard cage nuts and clip nuts, dramatically reducing installation time in large-scale deployments.

Compliance & Certifications

The DCM 42U enclosure is verified compliant with IP 20 (IEC 60529) for protection against solid objects, DIN EN 60950 for earthing continuity, and VDE 0100 T 540 for mobile grounding. Leveling feet are standard, with optional heavy-duty caster mounting for repositioning fully loaded racks.
