Convert any stationary Knurr DCM or MIR2 rack enclosure to a mobile configuration with the Knurr Heavy-Duty Caster Set — 125 mm with Brake (4-Pack), manufactured by Extron. Factory-compatible and engineered for the Knurr rack base channel, these castors enable transport of fully populated rack assemblies across smooth raised-floor tiles, polished concrete, and ESD-coated computer room flooring without removing installed equipment.

High Load Capacity

Each ø 125 mm double-ball-bearing swivel castor is rated for 750 N (≈ 76 kg) individual load, with four castors providing a combined static load rating of 3,000 N (≈ 306 kg) per rack assembly — sufficient for fully populated 42U rack configurations including servers, storage, and PDUs.

Positive-Lock Brake System

Two of the four castors include a positive-lock foot brake pedal in RAL 7021 dark-grey, securing the rack in position during equipment installation, maintenance, or when parked in a colocation cage. The brake engages with a firm foot press and releases cleanly without tools.

Factory-Matched Mounting

The zinc-plated steel fork assembly and ø 35 mm bolt-hole mounting pattern are factory-matched to Knurr rack base channel dimensions. M8 mounting hardware is included, enabling direct bolt-on installation without drilling or modification to the rack base frame.
