The Knurr Leveling Feet Set — M12 Adjustable (4-Pack), manufactured by Extron, provides ±25 mm of floor height adjustment (50 mm total range) to compensate for uneven raised-floor tile surfaces, computer room floors, or concrete pad irregularities beneath Knurr DCM, MIR2, and third-party 19" rack enclosures. Achieving a perfectly plumb rack installation is essential for door alignment, cable management aesthetics, and structural load distribution — and these feet make it straightforward.

High Load Capacity

Each foot is rated for a static vertical load of 5,000 N (≈ 510 kg), with four feet providing a combined rated capacity of 20,000 N per rack assembly — sufficient for the heaviest fully populated Knurr DCM 42U or 47U configurations. The zinc-plated carbon steel foot body resists corrosion in raised-floor environments where humidity and airflow can accelerate surface oxidation.

Under-Load Adjustment

The M12 × 80 mm threaded rod is slotted for a flat-blade screwdriver, enabling height adjustment under live load without requiring the rack to be emptied or lifted. This is a critical feature during initial installation and when repositioning racks on uneven raised-floor sections without de-racking equipment.

Vibration Damping Base

The PA 66 non-slip polyamide base pad (ø 60 mm) provides vibration damping to protect sensitive server and storage equipment from floor-transmitted vibration, while the non-slip surface prevents rack creep on polished computer room floors.
