The Knurr 1U Horizontal Cable Management Panel, manufactured by Extron, provides structured front-of-rack cable routing between patch panels, switches, and KVM equipment. A horizontal array of five 50 mm diameter steel D-ring guides on a 1U (44.45 mm H) × 19" steel face keeps patch cables organized, bend-radius compliant, and visually clean across the full width of the rack face.

Structured Front-of-Rack Routing

The five D-rings provide five independent cable routing channels across the panel width, allowing separate bundles for different patch panel rows or switch ports to be organized without cross-contamination. Cutouts on both left and right side flanges enable lateral cable exit to vertical cable managers or adjacent rack openings, supporting both in-rack and inter-rack cable routing architectures.

Robust & Clean

Rated to support up to 15 kg of bundled cabling per panel, the unit mounts using M6 cage nuts in any standard 19" rack compliant with IEC 60297-2 and EIA-310-D. The flush front face in RAL 7021 dark-grey maintains clean panel aesthetics when installed between patch panels and switches in professional structured-cabling environments.
