The Knurr 2U Horizontal Cable Manager with Cover, manufactured by Extron, provides a 2U (88.9 mm H) cable routing channel across the full 482.6 mm internal rack width, with a hinged front cover in RAL 7021 dark-grey that snaps open for cable access and closes flat for a clean, professional front-of-rack appearance. Designed for BICSI-compliant structured cabling installations where aesthetics and cable organization are equally important, this cable manager delivers both without compromise.

Professional Front-of-Rack Appearance

The hinged cover snaps open for cable access during moves, adds, and changes, then closes flat to present a clean, uninterrupted panel face that meets data center aesthetic standards. The 100 mm channel depth accommodates high-density CAT6A and fiber patch cable bundles without exceeding minimum bend radius requirements, and the unit supports up to 25 kg of bundled patch cable runs.

Integrated Side Cable Egress

Dual 75 mm diameter side cable exit brush panels enable lateral cable egress to vertical managers in 600 mm or 800 mm wide Knurr enclosures, maintaining a clean cable path from horizontal to vertical management without exposed cable runs. The brush panels prevent airflow bypass while allowing cables to pass freely.

In-use installation: Knurr 2U Cable Manager deployed at the top of a 42U patch panel section with CAT6A cables organized inside the channel and the cover closed, in a BICSI-compliant structured cabling room.

Mounting is via M6 cage nuts per IEC 60297-2, compatible with all standard 19" rack enclosures.
